DEVILDRIVER Offered OPETH North American Tour
December 19, 2003DEVILDRIVER, the new band fronted by ex-COAL CHAMBER singer Dez Fafara, have been offered a rotating support slot with Portugal's MOONSPELL on the upcoming OPETH North American tour, a spokesperson for OPETH's management (the U.K.-based Northern Music) has told BLABBERMOUTH.NET. If DEVILDRIVER turn down the offer, Canadian death metallers KATAKLYSM will end up opening the tour, with MOONSPELL occupying the middle slot. An official confirmation on the matter is expected shortly.
As previously reported, OPETH's North American tour, dubbed "Lamentations Over America Tour 2004", will kick off on January 20 in Edmonton in Alberta, Canada and will conclude on February 28 in Worcester Massachusetts.
